Windows Live Messenger formerly known as MSN messenger is considered to be one of the most preferred social networking communities. At times, it will aggravate any peaceful individual, since the implementation of the compact package for this program. Customers are very unsatisfied with the period of time it takes for installation. Microsoft has directed its recognition of the issue due to deficiency in the windows live installer. Most times these programs stop responding or will not start, even if the process is repeated the results are the same.
